Game piracy
In these days, game developers are more focused on protecting their games from many hackers than making perfect games.
Most people might not be aware of the fact that games are actually being hacked just like songs and movies. For example of video games, consoles are reorganized to read illegally copied CDs. In addition, USB flash drives are sometimes used as copied CDs for PC.
According to Australians News Story, 24 years-old James Burt sold illegally copied games online. As a result, the Federal Court sentenced him to pay 1.5 million dollars. In reality, it must be very difficult to perfectly prevent illegally copying games. Therefore, game developers cannot make much profit although they put more effort into making better games. Since then, there are less number of creative games now.
